Appointment Policy

Deposits will be taken for any treatments lasting up to 30 minutes during busy peak days/hours.

The deposit amount paid will be deducted from the total balance after treatment. We require 24 hours notice should you need to re-schedule or cancel any appointments booked. All deposits are non-refundable for notice given less then 24 hours.

On the day of your appointment the therapist/technician will only wait 10 minutes for arrival after your scheduled appointment time. After 10 minutes of no show the deposit amount will be lost as the system will swipe off and automatically mark as a no show, resulting in the treatment not be carried out due to short timing.

Clients who book appointments and fail to turn up without informing the salon will not be offered any future 'booked appointments' and will need to be seen as a walk in.

Any chipped gel nails Shellac/OPI will be repaired free of charge only if damage occurs, and informed by client within the first 2 days (48 hours) of treatment. On a few occasions under-curing of the gels depending on your nail base and pigments of gels or even inaccurate-positioning of nails under the led lamp can result in this and if this is the case it will show up immediately.

Under NO circumstance will repairs be carried out for chipped nails after this time frame as it's the clients responsibility to maintain the nails.

Any repairs outside this time period will be charged at £4+ per nail. (ALL repairs are re-painted with the same original colour applied) change of colour is not permitted. Repairs will only be carried out on the chipped nails and the whole treatment will not repeat.

Such repairs should be reported to salon reception by calling us directly and scheduling a time to come in.

Our salon is open 7 days a week and we will repair any affected nails within 24 hours.

We will not accept  and repair undamaged nails should you fail to book a repair in after reporting it for whatever reason being travel or personal reasons.

For clients having regular nail lacquer that require drying, we use an express top coat which will set the surface dry after 5-10 minutes, However the inside of lacquer will remain wet up to 1 hour and can smudge off if pressure is applied. We cannot take responsibility for this however out of goodwill will repair within 24 hours free of charge for any smudged nails. You are advised when having pedicures to bring in flip-flops or open toe shoes as you will be at high risk of smudging lacquer with tight closed shoes while walking. (ALL repairs are re-painted with the same original colour applied) change of colour is not permitted
